Rosas Contemporary Dance course 18+
Discover a range of contemporary dance practices in an open and welcoming environment.
Each class of this course begins with simple, guided warm-up exercises to awaken the body, enhance joint mobility, and build awareness. With the support of music and breath, we’ll energize, align, and find fluidity in our movement.
Gradually, we’ll travel through space and explore short movement sequences inspired by various choreographic techniques. Using creative tools, we’ll play with rhythm, space, and time—opening the senses to a wide spectrum of contemporary dance vocabularies.
These classes are open to everyone—no prior dance experience needed.
Come as you are and enjoy moving to a rich and diverse musical landscape.
