After covering up a murder, Mona, a retired singer from northern Sudan, takes in Julia, the victim's widow from southern Sudan, and her son Daniel. A film about two women representing the complicated relationship and differences between North and South Sudanese communities. The story is set in Khartoum during the last years of Sudan as a united country.
