Respect the brand

We know it's important for our customers (and their brand) that there's a certain continuity in their communication. Within Pierrot you could do some things like add a custom header etc but it was all very limited. That's why we decided to offer our clients the ability to incorporate their brand a little bit better into Pierrot.

Some may have already noticed the new "branding" tab in the admin panel. From now on this will be the place where you can adjust Pierrot to suit all your branding needs. Go there to add the header image and the colors used on the form, tickets and emails. There are many combinations possible and we've included a preview button so you can tweak and test all you want. We are very curious to see the results :-)

Besides formatting the ticketing form you also have the option to customise the emails and tickets. For these you can pick the font color and the color of the borders. And the PDF version of the ticket can have an extra image (additional to the logo that is already included) as well. Click here for an example of what a ticket can look like.
