Complex form registration combined with online payment

P.A.R.T.S. is the dance school of internationally renowned dancer Anne Theresa De Keersmaeker, one of the founders of contemporary dance today.

Every couple of years they organise auditions for young dancers who would like to join the school. Auditions take place all over the world and need very good preparation. They needed an elaborate form where all candidates could enter their details, references, experience etc.

The result was a very extended list of questions and the possibility to make a payment to reserve their spot for the audition.

On top of that Pierrot also helped to generate custom reports for the jury that reviewed the auditions. During the whole process of audition rounds Pierrot was used to keep track of the decisions of the jury and the lucky ones that got until the final selection round.

Ticketing for museums & events

AntwerpPhoto was a 3 month long photo exhibition that featured the work of masters like Anton Corbijn, Michael Wolf, Dirk Braeckman and many others. They kicked it off with a festival week with inspirational talks & workshops and used almost every feature Pierrot had to offer.

And on top of that we've built a lot of extra features to help them realise their dream.

It was a rollercoaster for us as well as for them. We couldn't be any happier that we were part of that roadtrip, it was the real kickstart for Pierrot.

Het Familiebedrijf organises a lot of corporate events for family business owners. Their customers have very high standards and so have they.

We helped them create a registration flow that respects those standards. Since using Pierrot, they don't have to make so many invoices anymore (Pierrot takes care of that now) which reduces their administrative workload quite a bit.

All they have to do is focus on their customers.

Pierrot Invites

Arteveldehogeschool uses Pierrot to invite its graduates to their graduation ceremonies. They import a curated list into Pierrot and send each student an email asking them to confirm their attendance. Students also have the option to invite a few more people. All fully automated via Pierrot.
